• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including cash balance and any bonus funds separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a User's Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.
• "Platform" means the Nakula77 website at https://nakula77.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount of bets a User must place before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x the bonus amount).
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Nakula77 Platform for Malaysian users.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or under Nakula77's internal compliance policy.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Nakula77 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Nakula77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Nakula77 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, place a wager, or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Nakula77 Platform or any associated platform operated by our group.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Nakula77 or any entity in our corporate group.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Nakula77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.

Nakula77 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to regulatory requirements or internal compliance triggers. Failure to cooperate with KYC requests may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

• All registration information must be truthful and must match the identification documents you are prepared to provide.
• You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Nakula77 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
• Accounts registered with false information are void from inception and any balances held in such accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other access credentials associated with your Account. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

Nakula77 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from Nakula77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You must notify Nakula77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised or unauthorised — will be attributed to you unless you have provided timely notice of a security breach.
• Nakula77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Nakula77 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated on the Platform.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that belongs to and is operated solely by the Account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Nakula77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

• Nakula77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independent of Nakula77.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions.
• Deposits are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation by the payment network.
• In the event of a technical failure, disputed deposit, or duplicate charge, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. Nakula77 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for standard withdrawal requests; however, processing may take longer where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an internal review under our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified on the Platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit into the same Account, or to a verified bank account held in the Account holder's name.
• Nakula77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Nakula77 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed within the Account settings.
• Any withdrawal found to have been made in connection with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms will be reversed and the relevant Account may be terminated.

Nakula77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Each promotion will specify applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time restrictions, and any other conditions that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Nakula77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Users found to be exploiting promotional terms — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, multi-accounting, or systematic low-risk wagering — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their Accounts suspended.
• VIP program rewards, cashback rates, and tier qualifications are governed by the VIP Program Terms displayed on the Platform and may be amended by Nakula77 at any time.

All bets placed on the Nakula77 Platform are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable to the relevant product — whether sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, or arcade. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from the Platform. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on Nakula77.
• Nakula77 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed in error, at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical fault, or where there is clear evidence of price manipulation or insider information.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the live betting rules available within the Platform. In-play bets that are accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
• For sports betting, markets relating to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other competitions are governed by the rules of the relevant competition organiser and applicable Nakula77 market rules.
• The maximum payout per bet, per day, or per event is subject to limits set by Nakula77 and communicated within the Platform at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nakula77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing use.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, software, or algorithm to interact with the Platform or to gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users, including coordinating bets to exploit promotions or guarantee outcomes.
• Placing bets using knowledge of outcome (match-fixing, inside information) or in connection with any illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Transferring funds between Accounts or acting as a payment intermediary for another User.

All content on the Nakula77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations, and game content — is the intellectual property of Nakula77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of Nakula77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nakula77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment failures.
• Any betting outcome or casino result, whether favourable or unfavourable.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any action taken by Nakula77 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nakula77 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.

Nakula77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling, for some individuals, can become problematic, and we actively support tools and resources to help Users maintain healthy play habits.

• Age Restriction: Nakula77 is strictly for Users aged 21 and above. Any User who is, or who we have reasonable cause to believe is, under the age of 21 will have their Account suspended immediately.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion from their Account settings, for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. During self-exclusion, no bets may be placed and no deposits accepted.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session duration reminders to be alerted when they have been logged in for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen notifications of time elapsed and net win/loss during active sessions.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the Account closure procedure.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Nakula77 is operated. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling activities are subject to local regulatory requirements and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Nakula77, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Nakula77 customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) calendar days, the matter may be escalated pursuant to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Platform's support documentation.

Nakula77 is not responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in any User's jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing the Platform.
